Dr. Rice completed his residency at Madison-based University of Wisconsin’s Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation and completed his fellowship at St. Paul, Minn.-based HealthPartners Institute Regions Hospital. He specializes in hand surgery, wrist pain and general orthopedics.
