Here are four things to know:
1. Designed for patients in need of podiatry care, the chair holds patients more safely and comfortably than standard medical chairs.
2. Staff at the clinic also use the specialized chair, which provides easier wheel chair access, when putting casts on patients.
3. With the addition of the new chair, Little Falls Orthopedics now has one in three of its four podiatry rooms.
4. The specialty chairs were on a capital budget waitlist for three years before CHI St. Gabriel’s Advocates provided the funding.
