The designation was granted after an independent team evaluated a range of factors including the AAOS’ employee compensation, benefits, retention, diversity and work-life balance.
“Being recognized by NABR is a testament to the culture we’ve cultivated and the value we place on our people,” AAOS CEO Thomas Arend Jr. said.
The AAOS earned a similar honor in 2020 when it was named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune.
