Six orthopedic surgeons were named to leadership positions in January.

  • Anna Miller, MD, was named chair of orthopedics at Dartmouth Health and Geisel School of Medicine in Lebanon, N.H.
  • The American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons’ official journal, Arthroplasty Today, named Brett Levine, MD, as editor-in-chief and Anna Cohen-Rosenblum, MD, as deputy editor-in-chief for 2025.
  • Ed Hellman, MD, is stepping down as president of Indianapolis-based OrthoIndy, and Matthew Lavery, MD, will succeed him.
  • Hospital for Special Surgery named Matthew Drake, MD, PhD, chief of endocrinology and director of the metabolic bone service.
  • Acuitive Technologies named Wayne Berberian, MD, as its chief medical officer.
