4 orthopedic building moves in 2 months

Here are four orthopedic building moves since Dec. 6: 

1. A Bridgewater, N.J.-based medical office building anchored by MidJersey Orthopaedics sold for $10.5 million. 

2. A Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based medical office building housing Northwell Health’s Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group sold for $6.3 million. 

3. An Ashburn, Va.-based medical office building fully leased to OrthoVirginia sold for $8.5 million. 

4. A 30-story medical office building is under construction on the Upper East Side of New York City that is set to hold New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery as its anchor tenant.
