A 30-story medical office building is under construction on the Upper East Side of New York City, according to a Dec. 6 report from New York Yimby.
The structure will contain 400,000 square feet of office space, with New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery serving as the anchor tenant.
HSS will occupy 200,000 square feet and eight stories of the new building, according to the report. The building is expected to be complete in the second half of 2024.
