Henderson, Nev.-based Crovetti Orthopaedics is anchoring a new 70,000-square-foot medical office building, the Queensridge Medical Office Building, in Las Vegas, according to a June 9 report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The three-story, 70,000-square-foot office building is less than a mile from Summerlin Hospital Medical Center. The space is already 100 percent leased and has created 200 medical jobs in the area, according to the report.

It is the first outpatient facility on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley to offer a cardiac catheterization lab and post-surgery recovery suites. It also features an operating room.

Besides orthopedics, the building will house cardiology, radiology, dentistry, orthodontics, primary care and physical therapy.

Michael Crovetti Jr., DO, was part of a ribbon-cutting held for the center on June 8.
