OrthoWorx, a Warsaw, Ind.-based nonprofit committed to growing and preserving the orthopedic industry in Warsaw, has elected Terry Schlotterback as chair of the board of directors, according to a Dec. 7 report from the Times Union

OrthoWorx, which was founded in 2009, is funded by the Lilly Endowment to enhance Warsaw's status as the "orthopedic capital of the world." According to OrthoWorx's website, Warsaw "is one of the most concentrated centers of medical device economic activity" in the U.S.

Mr. Schlotterback is succeeding founding board member David Findlay. Previously, Mr. Schlotterback has worked with companies including OrthoPediatrics, Ignite Orthopedics and Nextremity Solutions.

He joined the board earlier this year and will now serve as chair.
