Here are six orthopedic surgeons making headlines.

The New York Police Department swore in Armin Tehrany, MD, as an honorary police surgeon.

Paul Dale, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Heartland Orthopedic Specialists at Alomere Health in Alexandria, Minn., performed the 5,000th procedure at the Joint Replacement Center.

The trial date for a federal healthcare fraud case involving Kevin Williams, MD, has been pushed back from July 9, 2018, to June 2019 at the earliest.

Huntington, W.Va.-based Marshall Orthopaedics welcomed board-certified orthopedic surgeon Matthew Bullock, DO.
