Herrin, Ill.-based The Orthopaedic Institute is expanding its osteoporosis clinic, according to a Southern Business Journal report.

Here are three notes:

 

1. The clinic will be expanded into a more comprehensive facility at both its Illinois and Kentucky divisions.

 

2. The expanded Healthy Bone Clinic will offer a number of services such as advanced diagnostic testing, nutrition, exercise programs, counseling and medications to help avoid osteoporosis.

 

3. The Orthopaedic Institute offers the full spectrum of musculoskeletal care including total joint reconstruction, sports medicine/arthroscopy and general orthopedics.
