Western Kentucky Orthopaedics and Neurosurgical Associates, Graves-Gilbert Clinic merge: 4 points

Western Kentucky Orthopaedics and Neurosurgical Associates is merging with Graves-Gilbert Clinic, both based in Bowling Green, Ky., according to a Bowling Green Daily News report.

Here are four points:

 

1. Both entities will maintain their physical locations.

 

2. The merger will add WKONA’s 10 physicians and two mid-level providers to Graves-Gilbert Clinic’s clinical team. WKONA offers comprehensive orthopedic and neurosurgical services.

 

3. The Graves-Gilbert Clinic team will include more than 150 providers. The clinic also plans to expand the breadth of communities it covers.

 

4. The merger took two years to complete.
