Stryker CEO joins GE HealthCare’s board of directors

Kevin Lobo, CEO and chairman of Stryker, has been appointed to the board of directors at GE HealthCare. 

Mr. Lobo has served as Stryker’s CEO since October 2012 and chair of the company’s board since July 2014, according to a March 17 news release from GE HealthCare. 

He has more than 25 years of medical technology, operational and financial leadership experience.

“GE HealthCare plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare through advanced technology, novel pharmaceutical diagnostics and global reach,” Mr. Lobo said in the release. “I look forward to serving on its board and working with the management team as it executes on its strategy to enable more precise patient care, drive growth and create long-term value.”
