The Women’s Choice Award for America’s Best Hospitals considers the following hospital criteria: patient satisfaction, clinical performance and appropriate accreditations.

“Vail Health would not be a world-renowned center of orthopedic excellence without the incredible teams at The Steadman Clinic, Vail-Summit Orthopedics & Neurosurgery and Howard Head Sports Medicine,” said Will Cook, Vail Health’s president and CEO, in a statement to Vail Daily. “To be ranked in the top 3 percent of healthcare systems nationwide is remarkable.”
