Here are four points:
1. The practices are asking the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency for property tax exemptions worth an around $1.2 million over 10 years, in addition to other tax exemptions.
2. The new $11.59 million medical building will encompass 40,000 square feet.
3. SOS will occupy 12,499 square feet of space and Family Practice Associates will occupy 15,172 square feet. Syracuse-based Crouse Hospital will also lease space in the building.
4. Around 101 people will work in the new building, according to the two practices, of which 89 will be existing jobs and 12 will be new.
