Here are five notes:
1. The outpatient preoperative preparation program reduces patient risk by physically and mentally preparing patients for surgery.
2. PeerWell’s TJR extension allows more patients to undergo the procedure in an outpatient setting. The PreHab program guides and supports patients through the surgery process.
3. Additionally, the program helps patients post-discharge via doable daily tasks that adapt to the individual patient need.
4. PeerWell has collected more than 1 million data points in its behavioral modules. The data offers providers insight into patient progress and risk.
5. The program extension went live Nov. 16.
