Press Ganey honored Shoreview, Minn.-based Fulcrum Health's ChiroCare network with a 2017 Guardian of Excellence Award.

1. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes healthcare providers who perform in the top 5 percent of clinics reporting patient satisfaction data for each reporting period.
2. Fulcrum's ChiroCare is one of the largest independent networks of chiropractors with more than 2,400 providers and 1.5 million health plan members.
3. In 2015, ChiroCare earned another Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for outstanding patient satisfaction.
4. Hospitals, medical centers, emergency departments and rehabilitation centers are among those selected to receive Guardian of Excellence Awards.
5. Fulcrum Health is a nonprofit organization that offers physical medicine products and services, including chiropractic and acupuncture.
