Here are five things to know:
1. The facility is 90,000 square feet and includes a 23-hour outpatient surgery center. The surgery center is 20,000 square feet.
2. The facility has a comprehensive orthopedic clinic, MRI and physical therapy suite.
3. HSI Properties in Brookfield, Wis., managed the project development. This was the first medical development in the company’s portfolio.
4. The building cost $22 million.
5. After breaking ground in July 2015, the facility opened in June 2016. The physicians previously saw patients at one of several leased satellite clinics throughout the county, but now they are all under one roof.
6. Bringing the physicians into one central location increased efficiency and optimized the level of care, according to the report, and allowed for additional growth.
