OrthoCarolina offers free outside workout series: 4 points

Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina is jumpstarting a free workout series, according to The Charlotte Post.

Here are four points:

 

1. OrthoCarolina physician assistant Aaron Hewitt designed the six workouts, which emphasize bodyweight as opposed to using equipment.

 

2. The workouts are set up on sidewalks, labeled with signs: “Start Your #CLTFreeWorkout here.”

 

3. Every workout site includes an area of 800 feet to 1,000 feet. Each workout has six phases, each repeated five times.

 

4. The workout series is available in the Dilworth, West Charlotte, Sedgefield, NoDa, Cherry and Wilmore neighborhoods in Charlotte.
