The Carpionato Group unveiled plans to develop a biomedical facility in Warwick, R.I., according to New England Cable News.

Here are three quick facts:

1. Ortho Rhode Island will be a three-story, 100,000-square-foot building that will comprise a medical office and surgery center.

2. Warwick Mayor Joseph Solomon and Carpionato Group unveiled plans for the facility Aug. 22. .

3. Officials estimate Ortho Rhode Island will generate more than $25 million in added value to the city’s tax rolls and provide 275 jobs.
