Dr. Witte specializes in spine and neck surgery. His professional associations include the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, AO Spine and American Orthopaedic Association.
He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in Fort Wayne, completed internship and residency training at University of Kentucky in Lexington, and completed fellowship training at Houston Methodist Hospital, part of the Texas Medical Center.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Witte enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, trail running and spending time with family.
