Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center opens new facility

Mississippi Sports Medicine recently moved into its new practice in Flowood, Miss., Healthcare Design reports.

The 48,000-square-foot practice features eight operating rooms, three procedure rooms, four 23-hour-stay recovery rooms, a full service clinic, an urgent care center, a physical therapy center, a sports performance center and a pharmacy.

Hoar Construction built the center, which took 24 months to complete.
