2. Currently, there are five surgical procedures included in the package pricing: anterior cruciate ligament repair, hip arthroscopy, knee arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair (arthroscopic) and shoulder arthroscopy.
3. The flat fee for the aforementioned procedures includes surgeon, facility and anesthesia fees; supplies and implants; as well as some follow-up care.
