Dr. Thomas told the News-Review he joined to help build the neurosciences program and expand the health system’s services, including the addition of minimally invasive spine surgery. He and his team also introduced an operating microscope to enhance tumor visualization in the operating room.
He received his medical degree from East Lansing-based Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Southfield, Mich.
