Kenney Orthopedics raises awareness for amputees with preseason NBA game: 5 notes

Kenney Orthopedics, a practice with 11 offices throughout Indiana and Kentucky, recently closed a sponsorship deal with Global Sports Management for an event slated to take place on Sat., Oct. 15, according to Vaughts Views.

1. The sponsorship deal with Global Sports Management will bring the Sacramento Kings and Washington Wizards preseason game to Lexington, Ky.

 

2. Kenney Orthopedics will be at the game raising awareness about amputees.

 

3. During the game’s halftime, the orthopedic practice has arranged for a national amputee basketball team to play.

 

4. Kenney Orthopedics will recognize former Paralympic athletes Dennis Ohler and Todd Schaffhauser, both of whom are gold medalists.

 

5. The CEO of Kenney Orthopedics, Mo Kenny, is an amputee.
