1. Health iPass’ multi-channel software is designed to streamline both time-of-service and residual balance patient payments from the time of the appointment to payment collection.
2. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, Health iPass will assist with various Illinois Bone & Joint Institute’s office tasks, including sending appointment reminders, patient check-in and payment processing as well as verification of insurance benefits.
3. The Health iPass system supports more than 850 payers and 90-plus practice management systems.
