Hawaii medical center adds spine, orthopedics program: 3 things to know

Ewa Beach, Hawaii-based The Queen’s Medical Center West Oahu will implement orthopedic and spine programs as part of the hospital’s renovation project, according to KHON News.

Three things to know:

1. The renovations will include a new 24-bed surgical inpatient unit as well as two floors of specialty clinics.

2. Hospital operations will not be affected during renovations, which are expected to end in 2020.

3. The Queen’s Medical Center West Oahu will also be expanding its sports medicine services.
