Great Plains Orthopaedics, OSF HealthCare to merge: 4 points

Great Plains Orthopaedics in Peoria, Ill., is merging with OSF HealthCare, also in Peoria, according to a Journal Star report.

Here are four points:

 

1. The companies expect to finalize the merger by July 17.

 

2. After the finalization, the practice will be known as OSF Orthopedics.

 

3. The practice will continue operations in its current locations and it will add a new location in Galesburg, Ill.

 

4. The practice includes 12 physicians focused on a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
