1. The funds will be used to further trauma research and education programs in the health system’s orthopedics department.
2. This is the second grant that the health system has received for its orthopedics department. In 2015, it received more than $700,000 from the AO Foundation.
3. The Wyss endowment’s grants aim to further research and help surgeons develop and apply new technologies.
