1. Jeffrey Haasbeek, MD, Robert Cummings Jr., MD, Thomas Kneifel, MD, and Luc Perrier, MD, will provide the consultations.
2. Following assessments, patients may receive referrals for physical therapy, pain or spine services.
3. If necessary, patient may undergo surgery at the Potsdam hospital.
4. Drs. Haasbeek, Cummings and Perrier are fellows of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
