3. The revised bill does not address provisions that would cripple Medicaid and puts financial pressure on state budgets and healthcare providers.
4. Allowing insurers to sell plans without meaningful coverage will hurt those with preexisting conditions, destabilizing insurance markets.
5. Dr. Kirch said, “We urge members of the Senate to reject this bill and work together to craft legislations that will protect Americans’ healthcare and will not result in millions more Americans uninsured.”
