AOA makes new partnership to open orthopedic clinic: 4 key points

Wichita, Kan.-based Advanced Orthopaedic Associates will open an orthopedic clinic at El Dorado, Kan.-based Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital later in July, according to the Butler Country Times Gazette.

Here are four key points:

1. The 1,400-square foot medical center will comprise three exam rooms for various services, including on-site casting and bracing as well as imaging.

2. AOA and Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital have been in talks since late spring about bringing more orthopedic experts to the area.

3. AOA is the largest orthopedic group in Wichita, with more than 15 board-certified orthopedic surgeons.

4. Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, general acute care hospital.
