1. Hospital employment:

 

• 2015: 56 percent
• 2014: 59 percent
• 2013: 59 percent

 

2. Single-specialty group:

 

• 2015:17 percent
• 2014: 22 percent
• 2013: 23 percent

 

3. Multispecialty group:

 

• 2015: 15 percent
• 2014: 10 percent
• 2013: 5 percent

 

4. Solo/Partner:

 

• 2015: 9 percent
• 2014: 5 percent
• 2013: 1 percent

 

5. Academics:

 

• 2015: 0 percent
• 2014: 0 percent
• 2013: 2 percent
