2. Get organized so that your work does not bleed into your personal time. Realistic to-do lists are a good tool.
3. Do not compromise your work quality. If you feel your work needs improvement, try taking a course or seminar to improve and make you feel more in control.
4. Be clear with your management on your goals and keep communication open.
