- Tyler-based Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital faced a cybersecurity incident impacting patient data.
- Austin-based Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics notified the Texas Attorney General’s Office of a data breach impacting 90,000 patients
- Laurel, Md.-based Precision Orthopedics and Sports Medicine was recently the victim of an email phishing scam that potentially led to patient information being accessed.
- Macomb, Mich.-based St. Clair Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine filed a data breach notice with the HHS’ Office for Civil Rights.
