The property, which has received three financial investments of $118.2 million, $54.8 million and $425 million, is set for completion in 2025.
The building features accommodations for the Department of Health and complies with requirements for ambulatory care uses and surgical facilities.
The Hospital for Special Surgery will be the property’s anchor tenant, with 200,000 square feet of pre-leased space across eight floors.
The site is less than a mile from the Hospital for Special Surgery’s main hospital, as well as the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
