Here are three things to know:
1. The pain management curriculum incorporates clinical pain assessment, pain assessment tools as well as pharmacologic and psychological approaches to pain management.
2. The curriculum also fully incorporates the elements in the Joint Pain Education Program, set forth by the USU Defense & Veterans Center for Integrative Pain Management.
3. The Joint Pain Education Program is a collaborative effort between the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs.
