Pinnacle Spine Group filed an application for FDA clearance of its InFill Lateral Fusion System.

1. InFill features Invibio Biomaterial Solution’s PEEK-OPTIMA HA Enhanced polymer.

 

2. The PEEK-OPTIMA HA Enhanced polymer combines two biomaterials for improved bone apposition. It promotes bone on-growth as well as provides strength and versatility.

3. Pinnacle recently earned a new patent to deliver graft material into a spinal fusion device’s internal chambers while permitting “graft material to be in flush contact with the endplate surfaces of the adjacent vertebral bodies.”

4. The company’s InFill Fusion Systems encompass a variety of interbody fusion devices intended for easy insertion, decreased subsidence, a large bone grafting area and compatibility with the InFill graft delivery system.
