CartiNova, a regenerative medicine clinic focused on orthopedic and spine care, has launched in Atlanta.
Founded by Trevor Turner, MD, a regenerative orthopedics physician, the practice offers minimally invasive, in-office procedures for knee and spine conditions as an alternative to joint replacement or spinal surgery, according to a Feb. 11 news release.
CartiNova said it integrates fractional laser technology, regenerative biologics and movement analytics to treat cartilage lesions, knee degeneration and lumbar disc disease. Procedures are performed under local anesthesia and aim to shorten recovery and avoid surgical trauma.
The clinic also offers optional biologic therapies and partners with biobank Forever Labs to preserve harvested biologic material for potential future use.
At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
