Mr. Walthall is president and CEO of Lumiheal Therapeutics, a company developing treatments for burns and wounds using fluorescent light energy. Mr Cunningham has more than 30 years of experience in financial and operations leadership, including roles at Organogenesis, PWC and Danforth.
