1. Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center Director Scott D. Boden, MD, will serve as the principal investigator.
2. The researchers will compare traditional cortisone injection outcomes to autologous bone marrow concentrate stem cell injection. They will also assess manufactured stem cells from umbilical cord tissue and adipose-derived stem cells.

- Gulf Breeze, Fla.-based Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine
