The Karli Center will offer orthobiologic procedures for patients looking for nonsurgical health options, according to a Nov. 1 press release.
Dr. Karli has two decades of experience in regenerative medicine, specializing in regulatory compliant research and innovation in orthobiologic procedures.
The center will focus on stem cell therapy possibilities, using patients’ stem cells to devise tailored treatment plans for conditions including arthritis, sports injuries, chronic pain and orthopedic diseases.
Besides stem cell therapies, the center will provide platelet-rich plasma therapy, which uses the body’s platelets to support healing and tissue regeneration.
It will also offer bone marrow concentrate and micronized fat therapies which tap into the regenerative properties of stem cells and growth factors in bone marrow blood and fat tissue.
Dr. Karli is doing research on the use of BMC therapy for managing orthopedic and spinal conditions and chronic pain.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
