Healthgrades has named the top 100 hospitals for orthopedic surgery in 2023, including three hospitals in Maryland. 

Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health has appointed hand and wrist surgeon Thomas Hunt, MD, as its vice president and chief physician executive of musculoskeletal medicine. 

Morehead, Ky.-based St. Claire HealthCare and Huntington, W.Va.-based Marshall Health have partnered to create an orthopedic and sports medicine program in Morehead, according to a July 17 report from Morehead State Public Radio.
