Judge: NuVasive May Review Documents to Confirm Employee Poaching By Lanx

A Delaware chancery court judge has granted NuVasive’s motion to review communications between current and former employees with rival device maker Lanx, according to a Mass Device report.

NuVasive has accused Lanx of poaching NuVasive employees. The rival companies have been locked in two other non-compete violation lawsuits since March.
