Last year, Hologic acquired Interlace and its MyoSure fibroid surgery devices for $125 million. Smith & Nephew filed a lawsuit against the two companies, alleging a former Smith & Nephew employee took information about patented technology to Interlace.

The trial jury ruled in favor of Smith & Nephew.
