Compensation includes salary, bonus and profit sharing contributions for employed orthopedic surgeons. Compensations include earnings after tax-deductible business expenses but before income tad for physician partners. All compensation excludes non-patient-related activities.
1. $100,000 or less: 19 percent
2. $100,001-124,999: 3 percent
3. $125,000-$199,999: 2 percent
4. $150,000-$174,999: 5 percent
5. $175,000-$199,999: 5 percent
6. $200,000-$249,999: 8 percent
7. $250,000-$299,999: 10 percent
8. $300,000-$399,999: 10 percent
9. $350,000-$399,999: 7 percent
10. $400,000-$449,999: 8 percent
11. $450,000-$499,999: 5 percent
12. $500,000-$599,999: 7 percent
13. $600,000-$649,999:4 percent
14. $650,000-$699,999: 2 percent
15. $700,000-$749,999: 2 percent
16. $$750,000-$999,999: 2 percent
17. $1,000,000 or more: 2 percent
