West Palm Beach, Fla.-based DISC Surgery Center at Palm Beach has added Vanessa Gabrovsky Cuéllar, MD, as a physician partner, expanding the ASC’s orthopedic services.
Dr. Cuéllar specializes in hand, wrist and upper extremity disorders, with a focus on complex wrist and peripheral nerve conditions, according to a July 13 news release.
She specializes in hand and microsurgery. Her genetics research contributed to the co-founding of Cytonics Corporation, a research and development company that develops Alpha-2-macroglobulin therapies for osteoarthritis and joint pain.
DISC Surgery Center at Palm Beach opened in June and provides outpatient spine, total joint and orthopedic care. The center spans 15,618 square feet and includes three operating suites, seven preoperative rooms and five post-anesthesia care unit bays.
