Medtech company Stryker recorded $6 billion in consolidated net sales in the first quarter of 2026, a 2.6% increase, according to its financial results published April 30.

- MedSurg and Neurotechnology accounted for $3.2 billion of net sales and orthopedics accounted for $2.8 billion.
- Overall organic sales increased 2.4%, driven by 4.1% increase in orthopedics and a 0.9% increase in MedSurg and Neurotechnology.
- Stryker’s net earnings of $745 million in the first quarter of 2026 is a 13.9% increase.
- The company is maintaining its previous projections of organic net sales growth to be between 8 and 9.5%.
