OMNIlife Receives Patents for Robotic Knee Surgery Devices

OMNIlife science, a medical device company based in Massachusetts, recently received two patents related to the company’s computer- and robotic-assisted surgery platform for knee procedures.

The first patent was awarded for a system that determines the position of a knee prosthesis related to the company’s Bone Morphing technology for knee replacement surgery; the second was awarded for a guiding device for bone cutting, related to the Apex Robotic Technology platform.
