2. Apex Spine and Neurosurgery in Bethlehem, Ga., experienced a data breach affecting 2,500 individuals. On Dec. 23 staff discovered an unknown actor accessed part of the computer network and installed a virus to lock files, the practice said in a Feb. 5 notice.
3. Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky in Paducah suffered a data breach, Claim Depot reported March 6. Two separate incidents occurred involving the practice’s third-party vendor, Keystone Technologies. One incident happened in April 2025 and the other was between July and Aug. 1, 2025.
