Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky in Paducah suffered a data breach, Claim Depot reported March 6.
Two separate incidents occurred involving the practice’s third-party vendor, Keystone Technologies. One incident happened in April 2025 and the other was between July and Aug. 1, 2025. In both cases unauthorized parties accessed files with patient information.
The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office on March 5. Data that may have been exposed include medical records, social security numbers and addresses.
